Refund Policy
PassTOPIK is operated by [[COMPANY_NAME]] (we, us). This policy explains when a paid package can be refunded, and how.
What is refundable
- Paid packages: refundable within [[REFUND_WINDOW_DAYS]] days of the payment being confirmed, where you have not started the package.
- Free packages: nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund. Removing a free package does not create a credit.
- Duplicate payments: a package you were charged for twice is refunded in full.
Where consumer law in your country gives you more rights than this policy, that law applies instead of this policy.
How to ask
- Write to [[CONTACT_EMAIL]] from the email address on your account.
- Include the order reference from your receipt, the package you paid for, and the reason for your request.
- We aim to answer every refund request within seven days.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- We ask your payment provider to process the refund. It usually reaches your account within 5 to 14 days, depending on your bank or provider.
- When a refund is approved, access to that package is removed from your account.
Technical failures
- If a package stops working because of a fault on our side, tell us. We will repair it, replace it, or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Promotional codes
- Discounted packages follow the same refund terms as full-price packages.
- If a discount code is applied wrongly, or turns out not to be valid, we correct it or refund the difference on request.
Disputes
- If you have raised a chargeback with your bank, contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a dispute can.
