Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of PassTOPIK, the Android app for EPS-TOPIK (UBT) computer-based mock tests, operated by [[COMPANY_NAME]] (we, us). Creating an account and using the app means you accept these terms.

PassTOPIK is independent practice material. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Korean Institute for International Education or any exam authority, and nothing in the app is official exam content.

1. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account, so you need one to use PassTOPIK.
• Anyone signed in on your device can see your account, your results and your purchases. Keep your device locked.
• Your account is personal. Do not share it, and do not buy or sell access to it.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and old enough to sit the EPS-TOPIK exam.

2. What we provide

• Packages of mock tests for the EPS-TOPIK computer-based test, shown in the app.
• Timed quizzes inside a frozen copy of the paper, so your answers are graded against the same revision you saw.
• Grading: objective answers are scored on our servers as soon as you submit. Written answers are reviewed by a teacher and added to your result.
• Progress: your attempts, scores, streak and leaderboard position.
• Free packages and paid packages, both managed from your account.

Scores you see in PassTOPIK are practice scores from mock tests. We do not promise or guarantee any result in the real exam.

3. Purchases

• Prices and package content are shown in the app before you pay.
• Payment is confirmed by our team. Access to a paid package is added to your account once we have confirmed the payment. This normally happens quickly, and can take longer when we need to check a transaction.
• Keep your receipt. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
• Taxes, where they apply, are shown in the app.
• We may change prices or package content. A change never affects a package you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share your account, resell access, or let others use your sign-in.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the questions, papers or explanations.
• Do not try to extract answers, interfere with scoring, or disrupt the service, including by automating requests.
• Do not use PassTOPIK to break the law or to harass anyone.

Breaking these rules can lead to suspension. Where we can, we will tell you why, unless telling you would harm the service or someone else's data.

5. Ending your access

• You can delete your account from the app at any time.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where the law requires us to.
• When your access ends, purchase records we must keep for accounting stay on file. Your learning data is deleted or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

• We aim to keep PassTOPIK running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error free.
• We can change, improve or retire packages and features. If a change affects something you have paid for, we will tell you in the app.
• We may update these terms. The version and date shown on this page tell you which terms apply, and we will tell you in the app about important changes.

7. Liability

• To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or exam results.
• Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited, including your right to a refund.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [[JURISDICTION]]. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection that consumer law where you live gives you.
